Below is a demonstration that will show you how to use this website.  It will take a few seconds to start up and will start to play automatically.  

Use the green icons on the left of the demonstration to:

	play and pause the demonstration
	go back - use this icon when you want to go back during the demonstration
	speed - use this icon to fast forward through the demonstration
	sound - use this button to turn the sound on or off.  Please note that you are not able to listen to the demonstration, the sounds are 'clicks' only.
